The Party Walls team at Forrester & Co. offer all the necessary advice on the operation of the Party Wall etc. Act 1996. Our party wall surveyors with very many years of experience enable us to examine your project quickly and carefully, while our expertise means that we know our way around even the most recent aspects of the legislation.

 
The team at Forrester & Co. is headed by Bruce Forrester BSc (Hons) MRICS C.Build E FCABE MCIArb FFPWS FISVA MPTS and Scott Forrester BA (Hons) PgDip (BS) who will endeavour to deal with all enquiries on a personal basis and as experienced party wall surveyors can offer all necessary advice. With a vast pool of experience in the Party Wall etc Act 1996 and regularly acting for Building Owners and Adjoining Owners, and as the third Surveyor, Bruce and the team can deal with your project whether large or small, residential or commercial.

 

Where the parties are only in ‘dispute' as far as the Act is concerned an Agreed Surveyor (single party wall surveyor) appointment may be considered appropriate to keep costs to a minimum, whilst complying with the Act, where all agree.
