OUR HISTORY
Established many years ago by Bruce Forrester, Forrester&Co. was primarily a building surveyors office and estate agents and the office now specialises in neighbourly matters — in particular, Party Walls. The office deals with some Boundary Matters and Boundary Disputes as well, along with some single issue building pathology matters and building subsidence/movement issues. Party wall etc. Act matters form an increasingly large part of the workflow.

With over 35 years experience in property matters, Bruce Forrester trained in the 1970s under a Southgate based Surveyor and Valuer – later working all over London from offices in Crouch End with a well known firm of Chartered Surveyors before opening the previous Cannon Hill office in Southgate during the 1990s. The Crews Hill office is well located for access both into London, Hertfordshire and the Home Counties.
Following from his BA (Hons) and having now completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Building Surveying Scott Forrester BA (Hons) Pg Dip (BS) is now integral to the team which he will lead. The already busy office can handle and manage additional enquiries and Scott is looking to take the business forwards and further develop its systems and client base.
